departing from topic, I think we should replace all education(public and private) with a constant perusing of wikipedia. This would contextualize vast amounts of social expierience and in turn make the youth uniform and ubiquitously coherent among people, regardless of personal idiosyncrasies. Add macrocosmicly socially responsible definitions to all that desirable goodness I just rattled off. So the question remains on the table, can an adverb modify another adverb? yeah,... I think so...
